「周休二日」變形為「一例一休」，不僅衝擊各行各業，連龍頭企業台積電都受到影響，台積電也在問「一例一休」！
立法院長蘇嘉全日前「夜宴」工總，台積電主管也出席這場餐宴，雖然台積電主管是以工總環安委員會副召集人的身分，談的是環保議題，不過，據透露，事後，當事人被公司相關單位詢問當天會談內容中，有關「一例一休」是怎麼說的？也就是說，連龍頭企業台積電也想知道「一例一休」是怎麼回事？
當天與會的工總理監事們都知道一例一休是怎麼回事，但是，公司人資單位未必清楚。尤其，必須24小時三班運作生產線的企業，更不清楚要如何支付加班費等細節部分。
「周休二日」變形為「一例一休」，其實最受干擾的是原本就已經實施「周休二日」的企業。依政府統計，目前已有約64％的企業已周休二日，沒有周休二日的企業只占36％。
政府為達到全面「周休二日」目的，解決36％沒有周休二日企業的問題，進而訂出自認為「進步」的一例一休，結果是將其他64％已經周休二日的企業，都拖下水，跟著受到衝擊。想必台積電也是如此。
因為在政府沒有推動全面周休二日前，64％已經實施周休二日的企業，本來沒有「7天假」的問題，也沒有「一例一休」的困擾，卻因政府將「周休二日」變形為「一例一休」，沒有問題的也變有問題，「沒有困擾的，也都很困擾」！
